Jordan Geist, a senior at Arizona, placed second in the men's shot put final with a fifth-round mark of 70-1 (21.36m) at the USATF Indoor Championships at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico. Geist remains the collegiate leader at 70-5.75 (21.48m) and will return March 10 to New Mexico for the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships.
